In respect of the letting service, our fees are 10% of the annual gross rental per annum payable in advance.
In addition, a full letting management facility is available, encompassing regular property inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards and rapid attention to maintenance and repairs at a competitive price. We offer a legal documentation service designed to accord with current legislative provisions, providing maximum peace of mind.
Our fees in respect of the management of your individual flat, would be 5% of the gross annual rent per annum.
All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
For the Tenant, we offer an efficient accommodation location service that responds to your specific needs with a sense of urgency. Our advice and documentation service ensures you only make the commitment you really want to make.
